All content published on the Platform, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, pet care guides, health tips, vaccination schedules, breed information, nutrition guidance, training recommendations, and any other written, visual, or interactive content (collectively, "Platform Content"), is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Platform Content does not constitute veterinary advice, veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment, or any other form of professional medical, health, or animal care advice. Platform Content is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed veterinarian or other qualified animal health professional with direct knowledge of and clinical responsibility for your specific animal.

2.2 No Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship

Access to or use of the Platform does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship between you, your pet, and PawPass. No information provided on the Platform, including content within the e-booklet feature, health record tools, or any communication from PawPass staff, should be interpreted as establishing such a relationship or as constituting professional veterinary advice specific to your animal.

2.3 No Reliance on Platform Content for Health Decisions

You must not rely on Platform Content as the basis for any decision regarding your pet's health, treatment, diagnosis, medication, vaccination schedule, or emergency care. All health-related decisions for your pet must be made in consultation with a licensed veterinarian who has examined your pet and who has the professional competence to assess your pet's individual health status, medical history, and specific circumstances. PawPass expressly disclaims any and all liability for any loss, harm, injury, illness, death, or other adverse outcome to any animal or person arising directly or indirectly from reliance on Platform Content for health or veterinary decision-making purposes.

2.4 Health Record and E-Booklet Feature

The e-booklet and pet health record features available on the Platform are organizational tools designed to allow pet owners to record and manage information they choose to input about their pets. PawPass does not verify, validate, review, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or clinical appropriateness of any health records entered by users into these features. The e-booklet is not a certified medical record system and does not produce or store records that meet clinical, regulatory, or evidentiary standards for veterinary medical records.

2.5 Emergency Situations

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, you must contact a licensed emergency veterinary service immediately. Do not use the Platform, the booking system, or PawPass's customer support channels to seek guidance in a veterinary emergency. PawPass does not operate an emergency veterinary response service and cannot provide real-time medical assistance.

3.1 Independent Service Providers

Partners listed on the Platform are independent third-party service providers and are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of PAWPASS LLC. PawPass does not employ Partners, supervise their work, control their service delivery methods, or take any responsibility for the manner in which they provide services to users. The presence of a Partner's Listing on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by PawPass of that Partner's qualifications, competence, reliability, professionalism, or suitability for any particular purpose. PawPass makes no representation that any Partner meets any specific standard of qualification beyond the basic eligibility verification conducted at the time of registration.

3.2 No Guarantee of Service Quality

PawPass does not guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any service provided by a Partner through the Platform. The user assumes full responsibility for evaluating the suitability of any Partner for their specific needs and for the needs and characteristics of their pet. PawPass strongly recommends that users independently verify Partner qualifications, licenses, insurance coverage, and references before booking any service.

3.3 No Liability for Partner Acts or Omissions

PawPass expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, harm, illness, death, or other adverse consequence arising from or in connection with services provided by Partners, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury sustained by the user, their pet, or any third party in the course of a Partner-provided service.
• Injury, illness, deterioration in health, or death of a pet while in a Partner's care.
• Property damage occurring at the user's premises or the Partner's premises in connection with service delivery.
• Financial loss resulting from a Partner's failure to honor a confirmed booking.
• Any harm arising from a Partner's misrepresentation of their qualifications, experience, or service scope.
• Any regulatory violation, professional misconduct, or unlicensed practice by a Partner.
• Any act or omission of a Partner that falls below the applicable standard of professional care.

The user's contractual relationship for any booked service is exclusively with the relevant Partner. Any claim arising from a Partner's services must be directed to that Partner. PawPass may, at its discretion, operate a dispute mediation process to assist in resolving service disputes, but participation in such a process does not constitute PawPass's assumption of liability for the Partner's conduct.

3.4 User Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings displayed on the Platform are submitted by users based on their personal experiences with Partners. PawPass does not verify, endorse, or independently assess the accuracy of user reviews. Reviews represent the subjective opinions of the individual users who submitted them and do not constitute PawPass's assessment of any Partner's services. PawPass is not liable for any reliance placed on user reviews in making a booking decision.

4.1 Identification Tool Only

The PawPass QR Tag is a pet identification tool designed to display the pet owner's chosen contact and pet information to a member of the public who finds and scans the tag. The QR Tag is not a GPS tracking device, a real-time location monitoring system, a guaranteed recovery solution, or a substitute for comprehensive pet identification measures such as microchipping.

4.2 No Guarantee of Functionality

PawPass does not warrant that the QR Tag will function in all circumstances, environments, or conditions. Factors outside PawPass's control that may affect QR Tag functionality include but are not limited to:

• The availability and compatibility of the scanning device's camera and QR code reader application.
• Physical damage to the tag, including scratches, fading, or deformation of the QR code surface.
• Absence of mobile internet or data connectivity at the location where the tag is scanned.
• The scanning device's compatibility with the URL format encoded in the QR Tag.
• Changes to the URL routing system used to direct scans to the pet's profile page.
• The willingness and ability of the finder to scan the tag and act on the displayed information.

4.3 No Guarantee of Pet Recovery

PawPass makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the use of a QR Tag will result in the recovery of a lost pet. Pet recovery depends on numerous factors entirely outside PawPass's control, including whether the pet is found, whether the finder scans the tag, whether the finder acts on the information displayed, and whether the contact details stored in the pet profile are current and accurate. PawPass expressly disclaims all liability for the failure of the QR Tag system to facilitate the recovery of a lost pet for any reason.

4.4 User Responsibility for Profile Accuracy

The usefulness of the QR Tag is entirely dependent on the accuracy and currency of the information stored in the linked pet profile. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the pet profile linked to the QR Tag contains accurate contact information, including a current phone number and email address. PawPass is not responsible for failed recovery attempts resulting from outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information in the pet profile.

4.5 Third-Party Scanning

PawPass has no control over the actions of third parties who scan a QR Tag. PawPass is not responsible for any action taken or not taken by a third party who scans a QR Tag, or for any use or misuse of the information displayed upon scanning. Users should include in their pet profile only the contact information they are comfortable sharing with members of the public.

4.6 Platform Dependency

The QR Tag's functionality is dependent on the continued operation of the PawPass Platform and the URL routing system associated with the tag. In the event that PawPass discontinues the Platform or materially modifies the URL routing system, the QR Tag may cease to function as intended. PawPass will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any changes that would affect QR Tag functionality and to provide an appropriate transition period. PawPass's liability in connection with Platform discontinuation is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

5.1 General Content Disclaimer

PawPass endeavors to ensure that the information published on the Platform is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. However, PawPass makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or fitness for purpose of any Platform Content, including information about Partners, services, prices, availability, or any other matter. Platform Content may be subject to change without notice. PawPass does not guarantee that Platform Content is free from errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or out-of-date information. Users should independently verify any information that is material to a decision they intend to make in reliance on Platform Content.

5.2 Partner Listing Accuracy

Partner listings, including service descriptions, pricing, availability, qualifications, and reviews, are generated and maintained primarily by Partners and by Platform users. PawPass performs limited verification of certain Partner credentials at the time of registration but does not continuously monitor or verify the accuracy of listing content. PawPass is not responsible for inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or omissions in Partner listings and disclaims all liability for any loss or harm arising from reliance on listing content.

5.3 Pricing Information

Prices displayed on the Platform are set by Partners and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are indicative only until confirmed at the time of booking. PawPass does not guarantee that prices displayed in search results or listing previews reflect the actual price at the time of booking. Confirmed prices at checkout are binding for the specific transaction to which they relate.

5.4 Availability Information

Availability information displayed on the Platform is updated by Partners and may not reflect real-time availability. PawPass does not guarantee that a Partner's availability calendar is accurate or current at any given time. Booking confirmation is subject to the Partner's acceptance, and a displayed availability slot does not guarantee that a booking will be confirmed.

5.5 External Links and Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. PawPass has no control over the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of third-party websites and does not endorse any third-party content, products, services, or organizations referenced through links on the Platform. PawPass disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your access to or use of any third-party website or content accessed through a link on the Platform.

6.1 No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

PawPass endeavors to maintain the Platform in continuous operation but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, cyberattacks, third-party service provider outages, or other circumstances within or outside PawPass's control. PawPass is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the Platform's unavailability, including missed bookings, loss of access to pet health records, or inability to use the QR Tag profile system during a service interruption.

6.2 No Guarantee of Error-Free Operation

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PawPass does not warrant that the Platform is free from software defects, bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities. PawPass does not warrant that any defects will be corrected, or that the Platform will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, browsers, or internet connection types.

6.3 Data Accuracy and Backup

While PawPass implements backup and data protection procedures, PawPass does not guarantee that pet health records, booking history, or other data stored in user accounts will be preserved indefinitely or will be free from corruption, loss, or unauthorized modification. Users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own independent records of important pet health data and not to rely exclusively on the Platform's e-booklet feature as their sole record system.

6.4 Mobile Application

Where PawPass makes available a mobile application for access to the Platform, the functionality, performance, and compatibility of the mobile application depends on the user's device hardware, operating system version, mobile network, and other factors outside PawPass's control. PawPass does not guarantee that the mobile application will function on all devices or that it will be free from performance issues on older or less powerful devices.

12.1 European Union and European Economic Area Consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Nothing in this Disclaimer affects your statutory rights as an EU/EEA consumer, including rights arising under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Product Liability Directive, and national consumer protection legislation. To the extent that any provision of this Disclaimer is inconsistent with applicable mandatory EU/EEA law, that provision shall be of no effect in relation to you, and the applicable mandatory law shall apply.

12.2 United Kingdom Consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits your statutory rights under UK law that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. The limitation of liability in Section 10 does not apply to the extent prohibited by UK law, including in respect of personal injury or death caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.3 Australian Consumers

If you are a consumer in Australia, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), including guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to limit such rights to the extent they apply.

Users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable local law. This Disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by the law of the applicable jurisdiction.
